Ok on the first link it clearly says that Hamas was not responsible. It was another terrorist group. And on the second Hamas is also not clearly the one who fired those missiles. So there is no proof that Hamas broke the ceasefire. Every other time Hamas has readily took credit for it's assaults on Israel so why wouldn't they take credit for this. Not to mention that no one but the IDF is reporting these attacks. Not the media sources stationed in Gaza the west bank or Israel. I'm not saying they didn't happen but how many and who is responsible is definitely in question.

this picture tells you everything you need to know.

Israël is conducting a systemetical expanding operation. Their goal is to eventually expel all Palestinians from the area. Everything else about Hamas and Israël's safety is not what it's about. Gaining more land, that's their main goal. Israël continues to build new settlements which are illegal by international law, but Israël doesn't care about that. They are keeping their relationship with the Palestinians chaotic so that the attention is drawn away from the settlements. This whole war thing happens every year or two, the same nonsense all over again. In the meantime however, Israël has reached it's goal; gaining more land and building new settlements.

Just got sudden urge to watch MiB again.

OnT: I like how some people think that what media says is true. I'm not saying Israeli are the bad guys here, nor that Palestinians are. I just say that media is ALWAYS biased, and so easily controlled.

i rememeber rading that neither side want a peace treaty, hamas cause they are being delusional/dont want to lose support,
Israel cause they dont need one. They are strong enough to not be affected by hamas' fireworks + know they have backing of most western countries. A war is a perfect chance to just seize a the territories without having people bitch.
+dont they have settlements in West bank? So its not really a conspiracy theory to say they want more land lol.

Thing is Isreal doesnt want that land anymore. If Israel was to seize the land during war Israel would have to annex it, and when annexing land you need to give its population citizenship of your country. There is no way in hell Israel is going to give citizenship to some odd million people (im including the west bank in this) that are mostly all hellbent on destroying Israel. We tried giving Gaza back to Egypt and the West Bank back to Jordan but no one wants to deal with them lol. Which is the only reason they are unclaimed territories right now. Thing i dont understand is why we are still supplying water and power to the territories.

as if Israël respects international law. Israël is already taking land during peacetime, so I don't think they would mind taking it during wartime. but they're not stupid enough to do that. not because they would have to annex it, but because all the attention is currently focussed on IsraËl/Gaza. it's better for them to do it when there is 'peace' and the world isn't looking.

1.Kill all the people.
2.No one left to give citizenship to.

The PNA is a terrorist organization?

This is stupid everyone knows Hamas is douchbags but when the PNA goes to the UN to say that they want recognition as their own country and Israel cock blocks the whole thing and then latter says if they even get their status upgrades Israel will bomb the shit out of them...thats terrorism

what difference does it make anyway who governs the palestinians. Israel will just keep taking their land according to every source except for you who says they don't want it and it's not like Israel couldn't just keep bombing them if they get out of hand. How would the West Bank being its own country be any actual threat to Israel.

so why not let the West Bank become its own country. And Gaza isn't run by Hamas anymore than the Taliban ran afghanistan. They're as much a threat to the civilians of Gaza as they are to israel.

To be fair, that map is somewhat misleading. Parts of nowaday Israel were public land (and large amounts of that, uninhabited desert).

Almost all of Beersherba is desert, and in the 40s, 80% was public land.

Another map (better indication of what was once public land, before becoming Palestinian land, and eventually Israeli land)

Spoiler!

Also, an interesting documentary from inside the Gaza Strip

Yes, Israël wants to come to a peace agreement and isn't aiming for more land at all. And do you know why Israël is so against the Palestinians becoming a member of the U.N.? Because that would be enable the Palestinians to sue Israël for warcrimes at the international court of justice in The Hague.
